1. Custom Orders & 3D CAD Approvals

• CAD Design Approval: Prior to mass production, 3D CAD drawings or physical wax samples will be provided for client review. Production will only commence after explicit written approval from the client.
• Design Changes: Modifications requested after CAD approval or during mass production may incur additional mold, engineering, or material costs.

2. Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure

• Client IP Rights: All proprietary logos, original design sketches, and custom artwork provided by the client remain the sole intellectual property of the client.
• Confidentiality: YZERISE will not sell, duplicate, or display your custom copyrighted designs to third parties without prior written consent.

3. Quotations & Payment Terms

• Pricing Validity: Quotes are based on current precious metal prices (e.g., 925 Silver, Gold) and currency exchange rates, typically valid for 14-30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Payment Schedule: Standard production orders require a deposit (typically 30%-50%) prior to manufacturing, with the remaining balance due before shipment dispatch.

4. Quality Standards & Inspection

YZERISE manufactures custom jewelry according to strict quality standards (including 925 silver purity verification and lead/nickel-free electroplating). Clients or third-party inspectors are welcome to perform pre-shipment inspections upon appointment.

5. Shipping, Taxes & Duties

• Delivery: Orders are dispatched via international express couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) or air freight based on the agreed Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB, DAP).
• Customs & Duties: International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

6. Limitation of Liability

YZERISE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from courier shipping delays, customs holds, or improper handling of jewelry products post-delivery.
